Ces deux infractions devraient être traitées ici, et si elles peuvent être constatées lors de la même inspection. La note indique que l'immobilisation du véhicule n'entraîne pas d'infraction pour le conducteur. Dans Safespect, seule l'infraction 393.9(c)(2) peut être reprochée au conducteur. |

| Mesures prises par le comité | Vehicle Committee voted to add guidance to Operational Policy 14 for documenting violations for vehicles operating with previous documented violations as follows: FAILURE TO CORRECT PREVIOUSLY CITED OUT-OF-SERVICE VIOLATION(S) One 396.9(c)(2) violation shall be documented per vehicle, if the vehicle is found with the same previously documented OOS violation(s). FAILURE TO CORRECT PREVIOUSLY CITED VIOLATION(S) – NON-OUT-OF-SERVICE One 396.9(d)(2) violation shall be documented per vehicle, if the vehicle is found with the same previously documented violation(s). NOTE: Failing to correct violations or operating an out of service vehicle will not result in a driver violation. |
