Hay dos infracciones que abordan este problema: 396.9(c)(2) y 396.9(d(1). Debemos abordar ambas infracciones aquí y, si es posible, registrarlas en la misma inspección. En la nota se indica que estar fuera de servicio no resultará en una infracción del conductor. En Safespect, solo se permite que la infracción 393.9(c)(2) se aplique al conductor. |

FAILURE TO CORRECT PREVIOUSLY CITED VIOLATION(S) – NON-OUT-OF-SERVICE One 396.9(d)(2) violation shall be documented per vehicle, if the vehicle is found with the same previously documented violation(s). NOTE: Failing to correct violations or operating an out of service vehicle will not result in a driver violation. |
