| Résumé de l’enjeu | Enhanced CMV Inspection Standard Section 8.11.a (Windshield Obstruction) The Enhanced CMV Inspection Standard indicates in Section 8.11.a that no decal or device may be mounted in the area swept by the windshield wipers. Both countries have an exception for vehicle safety technologies to allow these devices to be mounted within the swept area of the windshield. The standard should reflect these allowances and include the verbiage in the enhanced standard. |
