| Résumé de l’enjeu | Décision du Conseil… Motion approuvée… Lorsqu'une juridiction dispense une formation de niveau A et/ou B dans le cadre de sa Formation initiale d'inspecteur/agent/scout, le délai de six mois pour achever la formation pratique commence à courir à compter de la fin de la formation initiale. De plus, le Comité de formation s'occupera d'ajuster la politique opérationnelle n° 4. |

| Demande d’action | Le comité de Formation examinera la politique 4 des opérations et apportera les ajustements nécessaires pour répondre aux exigences de formation sur le terrain qui pourraient être affectées par les juridictions qui dispensent une formation de la partie A et/ou B dans le cadre de leur Formation initiale d’inspecteur/officier/soldat. |
| Mesures prises par le comité | The training committee reviewed this request and it was further explained that some jurisdictions will put inspectors through Part A/Part B or both prior to the end of their initial training compliments (academy, trooper school, etc.) This is problematic, if the inspector is required to get 32 inspections completed after six months of passing the exam. This amendment to Ops 4 allows a jurisdiction to give the inspector a full 6-month window to complete their required inspections after they have completed their classroom training rather than when they have passed the exam. An additional amendment was made to remove "written" from the text for the type of exam as many exams are now electronic and on-line, so that verbiage was removed. This amendment passed unanimously through the committee and the board of directors. |
