| Justificación o necesidad | Según eFOTM 3.3.4.1, «Si el transportista ha estado involucrado en un incidente de HM, la SA debe ampliarse a una revisión integral in situ». En Sentri Parte B, las preguntas 3 y 4 sobre HM se refieren a incidentes de HM. ¿Por qué se incluyen estas preguntas en Sentri? Independientemente de la respuesta, parece que la SA debería detenerse, pero no hay ninguna indicación al respecto. |

| Medidas adoptadas por el comité | This was discussed in the audits and investigations committee and guidance provided by Barbara Baker, FMCSA was that no further edits / updates will be performed to the Sentri program as it is going away. As a result of this response, it was determined that this issue would resolve itself upon the sunsetting of Sentri and that FMCSA will take these issues of these identified questions into consideration for revision under the new data system replacing Sentri. |
