Medidas adoptadas por el comité	Discussion revolved around Operational Policy 5. The CVSA Policy does not address the removal of decals. However, the NASI Manual, in the NAS Inspection tab under "Qualifying for a CVSA Decal", the following language appears: "Should re-inspection of a vehicle displaying a valid CVSA decal discloses vehicle maintenance inconsistent with the minimum inspection criteria, the decal must be removed." Logic would dictate that yes, the decal should be removed. The Vehicle Committee agreed that the decal should be removed. The Vehicle Committee recommends revision of CVSA Operational Policy 5 and the NAS inspection information.
