Purpose
Serve as a forum for the development of the Alliance’s policy positions and implementation strategies for the agency/department leaders responsible for the coordination and oversight of commercial motor vehicle safety and enforcement programs.
Goals
- To develop comprehensive and effective policy recommendations that advance the mission and goals of the Alliance.
- To develop effective legislative strategies that advance the mission and goals of the Alliance.
- To serve as a forum to discuss best practices, challenges and issues among jurisdictional program managers.
- To serve as a forum for international regulatory harmonization discussions.
