| Summary of Issue | During a roadside inspection, it was found that the towed vehicle had a rear side marker lamp that was inoperable. The clearance lamp at the rear of the towed vehicle was observed to have three small LEDs on the side that is visible from both the rear and side. At the time of inspection, the driver was given the benefit of the doubt as there is light visible to the rear side. Photos are attached. |
