On May 5, CVSA submitted comments on the U.S. Department of Transportation’s (DOT) request for information (RFI) seeking existing regulations, guidance, paperwork requirements and other regulatory obligations that can be modified or repealed to comply with various deregulatory executive orders. CVSA asked the U.S. DOT to consider three of the Alliance’s petitions.
