On Sept. 2, CVSA submitted comments in response to FMCSA’s notice and request for comments regarding the agency’s proposed revisions to the DataQs requirements for Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program (MCSAP) Grant funding. CVSA expressed overall support for the changes proposed by FMCSA, as the changes will bring more continuity to the DataQs process, and shared additional feedback on the proposal.
