On Oct. 1, 2024, CVSA launched its improved member portal. When you visit the new portal the first time after the Oct. 1 transition, you will need to claim and verify your account by following these steps:
- Visit the CVSA member portal.
- Select “Log In.”
- Select “Set Up an Account.”
- Create a password. Enter your first and last name and your work email address. This will allow the system to correctly link you to your organization’s account.
- A verification message will be sent to your email address. After you’ve verified your account, you’ll be able to continue the login process.
- You’ll be taken to your profile page. Verify your information is correct, then save. You’ll need to save in order to proceed, even if you haven’t made any changes to your profile.
Late Registration Policy
Registration fees increase in all membership categories by $50 per registrant after Friday, April 11, 2025.
Registration Cancellation Policy
All refunds, minus a $50 service fee, will be given if the cancellation is made in writing no later than Friday, April 11, 2025. No refunds will be given after this date. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
