FMCSA Seeks Comments on Motorcoach Safety Information Request
Earlier this week, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) issued a notice indicating that the agency plans to submit an Information Collection Request regarding motorcoach safety to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval. Congress Passes CR Funding Remainder of FY2013
Earlier this week, the Senate rejected the House-passed continuing resolution (CR) to fund the remainder of that funds government programs through the end of the fiscal year and passed one of their own. The Senate CR funds programs at the slightly higher levels agreed to in MAP-21. The bill then traveled back to the House, where it was approved.
